Claire Rayner comes to our company with varying experience across numerous industries including retail, recruitment, mental health, aged care, and the disability sector.
Following numerous years of customer service, Claire graduated from Griffith University (Gold Coast) with a Bachelor of Business, double major in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations and holding qualifications in Work Health and Safety. Cutting her teeth in the recruiter space, she transitioned into a generalist role working in SMEs, delivering services under mental health, aged care, and disability under the National Disability Insurance Support where she supported those on the front line who support the more vulnerable public.
With the rise of mental health concerns during the pandemic, Claire’s passion for employee well-being and best HR practice for employers serves to deliver initiatives that span across employee life cycles and are incorporated into the business’ policies and procedures.
